You can have immediate access to our selection of 15 leading carriers and market-leading rates, or you can select any of your own choosing, without limit.

Returns

Customers simply click the returns link in their email confirmation, to start the returns process. Selecting the order number and items to return, triggers service choices, including return to store, post-office drop-off, or courier collection which, in turn, initiates label print and instructions on where to drop parcel.

Your customer can track their return and you see reports on all returns in process and back into IMS stock, for resale.

EU made easy

This global forwarder wanted a simplified service for retail customers serving eCommerce customers in the European Union.

Integro360 configured their courier tariffs and despatch point to match their preferred EU facility.

When EU customers place an order, appropriate continental carriers are selected, labels printed and data transmitted for intra-EU transport.

Parcels destined for Europe are consolidated and despatched overnight by the forwarder to their central depot in Europe. Cleared into Free Circulation, the parcels are already labeled for courier collection and the final leg to the end consumer within Europe.
